How We Ensure Compliance
Our method for assisting buyers and suppliers in strictly complying with regulatory standards, ensuring security and transparency, is to conduct a thorough review of the data of the indicated company and/or individual with official bodies and mechanisms worldwide, in order to gather as much information as possible to help our client decide on the suitability of their Buyer or Supplier client.

Step One: Initial Diagnosis
Regarding the company/individual data provided, we conducted a detailed analysis of their current practices to identify risks in complying with international standards related to the Commodities market.

Step Two: Detailed Report
We issue a detailed report of our survey and send it to the requesting client in both English and Portuguese.

Step Three: Safety Suggestions
In our report, we suggest actions to be taken to ensure security in negotiations involving the target of compliance, so that our client can make a safe and informed decision about the path to follow regarding the information presented.

Includes a complete compliance analysis and initial guidance, with or without due diligence, which is charged separately.
This package is for Spot Consultations.
Monthly
USD 600.00
It includes a complete compliance analysis and initial guidance, with or without due diligence, which is charged separately.
This package includes a maximum of 10 consultations per month.
Any consultations that exceed the number stipulated in the package will be charged as a Spot consultation with a 25% discount.
Annual
USD 4,320.00
Includes a complete compliance analysis and initial guidance, with or without due diligence, which is charged separately.
This package includes a maximum of 15 consultations per month.
Any consultations that exceed the number stipulated in the package will be charged as Spot consultations with a 50% discount.
Our Due Diligence Service is conducted through physical and documentary verification at the address(es) provided by the applicant or identified during our Compliance process.
For due diligence services performed in Brazilian territory, an additional fee of USD 350.00 per due diligence will be charged.
For due diligence services performed abroad, an additional fee of USD 1,100.00 per due diligence will be charged.
Note: Annual packages will include one annual Due Diligence assessment at no additional cost.
